What We Do
Homes People Can Afford
We develop and operate affordable housing for the teachers, healthcare staff, and service professionals who keep Grand Traverse County thriving, with a focus on those earning 40–80% of the area’s median income.
Opportunities to Grow
By co-locating early care and learning with housing located in opportunity rich places, we remove barriers for working families and give our youngest community members the foundation they need to thrive.

Through thoughtful placemaking and co-design with residents, we create beautiful, functional spaces that bring people together and foster genuine connection.
